Yes, Hotel in a Home has Public Liability insurance and Short-Term Host insurance for all properties that we lease, which ensures that we are covered for any accidental damage (although we've never had to make a claim!).

Q.Can anyone partner with Hotel in a Home?

Unfortunately not, Hotel in a Home has a certain criteria that all properties must meet before it will consider partnering with a Landlord and entering into a long-term lease.
